BBQ and Boogie Night a fantastic success
Over seventy villagers attended last night’s BBQ and Boogie evening at the Village Hall and they had an amazing evening with excellent food, great music and dancing and a raffle with some brilliant prizes. The event raised well over £1,000 for village hall funds. A huge thank you to the hardworking volunteers who made it all possible – Jim and Carol Shaw, Andy and Chrissie Findley, Malc and Myra Ealand and Jane Burnett. A special thank you to Isobel, Jim and Carol’s grand-daughter, who helped with the raffle.
